In the event of a specific digital challenge from the client, i.e. an incoming assignment, we can then quickly contact the interim professional who is the best match in terms of work experience, competences and personal characteristics.
Based on several interviews, we introduce the right candidates (max. 2 to 3) to the client, after which the client arranges for the suitable candidates to be interviewed. After a placement, Networklink ensures Wet DBA proof contracts, timely invoicing and payment. We maintain intensive contact before, during and after the assignment.
