Finding the right candidate for permanent digital marketing and e-commerce positions tends to be very time-consuming. Similar to the search for interim professionals, we focus on finding the right skills, knowledge and personal drivers. In collaboration with the client, we establish an extensive list of potential candidates. The best profiles will be contacted and invited for an interview.

In order to ensure that we evaluate candidates objectively, we make use of structured interview methods. This careful selection process is based on our three promises: personalised approach, selected network & growth partner. We only connect candidates to clients when we are sure they will match the clients’ needs.




    After an initial screening interview, potential candidates are invited to an interview at our office. In this interview we focus on work experience, skills, character traits and the match in work style and personality/culture between the candidate and client. Besides that, we evaluate if the candidate has enough experience to successfully fill the new role.


    After the interview process in our office, we introduce the candidate to our client with a so-called ‘candidate profile’. This profile is a document stating information such as work experience, recommendations and specific concerns. This documentation provides a quick overview of the candidate and is useful for the client when preparing the interview. This profile document also contains a clear overview of the discussed employee benefits in order for both parties to match the candidates’ expectations.


    During our search for candidates we update the client about our progress. After every interview round with the client, the candidates will be evaluated and during the interviews we will advise the candidate on assessments and employee benefits. 

    Hereafter, it is up to the client to make the definitive choice for a candidate. During the search process we will, in consultation with the client and candidate, obtain references of candidates from their previous or current employers.


    After the candidate signs his/her contract, the selection process comes to an end and the position is filled successfully. We evaluate the whole process with both the client and candidate and we advice on a good onboarding process.

    After a period of three months we make an appointment with the client/manager and the placed candidate to evaluate the first period.
