Who we are

We are Networklink and grow digital teams. What exactly does this mean? We maintain a strong network with digital (interim) specialists and managers, and then connect with companies such as, Schiphol, Storytel, Heineken and Hunkemöller. With the right personality and knowledge, these specialists can solve the digital issues of our clients. The perfect match ultimately ensures that digital teams are taken to the next level.

Our culture is informal, direct and ambitious. You will work in Cupola XS in the historic dome prison of Haarlem where (academic) education, culture and business come together. Because of the small team we can switch quickly and we have short lines in which your opinion counts. There is a lot of room for personal development and growth. As a Consultant you are in contact with digital managers and HR contact persons at our clients. You are in contact with existing managers, but you also enjoy creating new entrances and expanding our portfolio. Result orientation and personal attention are central to us.

You will engage in..

  • Acquiring assignments from existing and new clients;
  • Developing and maintaining a strong network of Interim Professionals (in collaboration with the Candidate Consultants);
  • Placing and supervising Interim Professionals at clients;
  • Working and contributing to the growth of Networklink.

What does your day look like?


Of course you start your day with a cup of coffee and chat with your colleagues. Meanwhile, you scroll through your mailbox and see if there are any links to pick up. Then the daily stand-up with the team starts and the current assignments and tasks are discussed. Where are the focal points and who picks up what? After the stand-up, you call a number of managers to ask how the posted interim workers are doing and schedule an appointment to come by. You will be told by a manager that they are still looking for an Interim E-mail Marketer, a number of names immediately come to mind and you share the assignment with the Candidate Consultants.


Time for a short break and lunch! Together with the team you will have a nice lunch in the common room (if you are not on the road, of course).


After a short walk you continue full of enthusiasm. You have an appointment with the Global Marketing Director of LeasePlan Digital to see how you can help them grow the digital team. The conversation shows that they need an Interim Content Specialist. After the interview, you drop by the placed interim manager to ask how things are going, after a short tour of the office you continue to your next appointment. On the way, you call the Candidate Consultant and ask if she would like to think along for a strong Interim Content Specialist.

Back at the office you will be told by the Candidate Consultant that a strong Content Specialist is available! You quickly join the intake interview with the candidate. That turns out to be the perfect match for LeasePlan Digital! Just before the end of the day, introduce your candidate, luckily switching quickly is something you love. The day is over and you and the team enjoy a drink.

Who you are

You have an ambitious, connecting personality and make contact in a natural way. In addition, you are commercially set, know about tackling and have guts! You enjoy helping to build a growing company focused on digital developments and the development of freelancers. Your own network can now make a good contribution to this.

In addition, we ask:

  • A completed HBO/WO education;
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a commercial position;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch (and English);
  • A commercial personality with perseverance and humour;
  • Strong communication skills and able to build relationships independently;
  • Experience and a network in digital marketing and/or mediation/HR.
